Employee Identity
Workforces are no longer neatly bounded. Employees, contractors, agency staff and partner personnel all need access to systems, sites and data, and each population is onboarded through a different process with a different record of who approved what. Offboarding is the harder half: access frequently outlives the working relationship, and nobody discovers it until an audit or an incident.

What changes with iDen2
Issued once, verified anywhere
With iDen2, an organization issues credentials for the things that actually govern access, employment status, role, clearance level, completed training, directly to the individual. Internal systems and partner organizations verify those credentials at the point of use instead of trusting a spreadsheet or an emailed confirmation. When someone leaves or changes role, the credential is revoked centrally and every subsequent check fails, closing the gap between the day access should end and the day it actually does.
