Loyalty, Experience & Retention

Loyalty programs are fragmented by design. Status earned with an airline doesn't travel to the hotel, the car rental company or the retail partner without a data-sharing agreement that neither side particularly enjoys. Recognition depends on customers logging in, which invites account takeover, and personalization depends on accumulating customer data at a time when doing so is a growing liability.

What changes with iDen2

Issued once, verified anywhere

iDen2 lets a brand issue membership and tier status as a credential the customer holds. Partners across the ecosystem can recognize and honor that status instantly without receiving a copy of the customer database, and the customer decides how much to reveal, proving elite status or eligibility for an offer without exposing their identity, history or spend. Status changes and abuse are handled by canceling or reissuing the credential, giving programs sharper control than a shared loyalty number ever allowed.
