iDen2 gives NGOs a way to issue a beneficiary or entitlement credential that the individual holds themselves, and that any partner organization on the shared trust network can verify. Registration happens once and is recognized by others, reducing duplication and the burden on people who would otherwise re-enroll at every organization they encounter. Because verification confirms entitlement without exposing the person's wider record, and because credentials can be withdrawn cleanly, programs gain accountability without turning beneficiaries into a data set.
